Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Representative at Rekruto.al in Pristina. The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, conducting sales meetings, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and relationship building.

Qualifications

• Sales Management, Business Development, and Account Management skills
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
