Showroom Sales Manager

This role focuses on managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Training:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Provide training and guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and offer feedback to improve sales performance.

2.Sales and Customer Service:

• Oversee the sales process in the showroom, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and product demonstrations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Handle escalated customer complaints or issues to ensure satisfaction.

3.Inventory and Stock Management:

• Ensure the showroom has adequate stock levels and that products are displayed effectively.
• Work closely with inventory teams to manage product orders and deliveries.

4.Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Set individual and team sales targets, track performance, and report progress to senior management.
• Analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to adjust strategies.

5.Marketing and Promotions:

• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop showroom promotions, advertisements, and events to attract customers.
• Ensure the showroom’s visual merchandising is aligned with brand standards and appealing to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in a retail or showroom environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• A degree in business, marketing, or a related field (often preferred but not always required).
• Previous experience in managing a team and driving sales growth
